High profile streetscape improvement project for the downtown city blocks connecting the PA State Capitol to the Susquehanna River. The view was opened up and beautified by relocating parking and trees to the perimeter, while reducing the width and height of the center island element. Custom light fixtures and poles were designed to fit in with the architectural fabric of the historic surroundings, while utilizing modern, long-lasting, energy-efficient light sources.
